Energy Leadership Index Assessment (ELI)
As an individual, you view the world through filters you’ve developed based on your perceptions, experiences, and values. Your filters either limit what you see (like tunnel vision) or expand it (like a prism). What if there was a way to understand how these filters show up in your life—and how to use that information to reach your true potential? Spoiler alert: there is! The ELI is a research-backed assessment that provides insights into how you show up in various aspects of your life. It is a one-of-a-kind assessment —coupled with a debrief with me! The assessment measures your ability to lead yourself and others to take positive, productive, and sustainable action—and it's life transforming. The ELI assessment is priced at $500.

One-on-one Coaching
My signature coaching program “SOAR” (the acronym stands for the four phases of the program: Seek - Outline - Awake - Relearn) provides you with a framework to master any sort of transformation in your life mindfully and with ease. I will be working with you for six months with bi-weekly calls. This package includes the Energy Leadership Index Assessment, four study guides, and dozens of articles and videos for you to explore. As a bonus, I will personally be accessible for you when you have questions along the journey. The SOAR program is priced at $9,000.

Group Coaching
Experience a systematic approach to transforming together with like-minded people in a group setting. I will provide all participants with my signature “SOAR” program study guides and conduct six group video calls over six weeks to discuss content and share insights as a group. Minimum co-hort of four participants. The Group Coaching program is priced at $2,000 per participant.

Team Transformations
In my role as an executive in the corporate world, I was known for building high-performance teams. I now offer my consulting and coaching services to team leaders who are eager to try a new approach. As a certified COR.E Dynamics Leadership coach, I will partner with you for six months and work alongside you and your team. Customized pricing.
